Yeah, me too.  Getting gtkhtml2 installed is giving me a headache LOL

I did find this though:  http://packages.pardus.org.tr/contrib/source/gtkhtml2.html

Hey atalboo!  Still waiting for you to get gyachi packaged for P2011!

I tried compiling it from source but I've been running around in circles.  Gyachi is the only program that keeps me logging into another distro Sad

After a quick read from work, if i understand it right, the same software version could have a different release number and the reason for the update?

I noticed this last night.  Pardus 2011RC:

When running the Package Manager, it updates, then gives me a list of about 59 updates.  All of the packages listed for update are the same version as already installed.

Yeah!  Thats pretty much the 2011 default desktop with the wallpaper chosen through kaptan.  Only things i added were superkaramba and a couple of icons.  I subscribed to the KISS principle. Smiley

thats great!  Will give it a shot after work today on my 2011RC install.  I see in the screen shot version 1.2.2, would it be difficult to use version 1.2.10?

I believe Gyachi is a fork of Gyache (google Gyachi sidetrack or something like that).  A lot of the other distros do have gyachi in their repos, the ubuntu and derivative distros have seemless gyachi installs in my experience.  I spent about 6 hrs trying to get it installed in Pardus 2011 rc this morning, both gz and cvn and I gave up due to incessant compile issues.  I ended logging back into my kubuntu install so I could log into Gyachi.  Someone PLEASE package this up for Pardus?  The latest packages in gz format are located:

So I booted the Pardus livecd for the new beta.  I cant find an install icon.  Is there a way to do this or is the beta not installable?
