I prefer Chromium as it's the the open-source projects behind the Google Chrome browser and I use it daily together with the Speed Dail extension

Yes, Chromium is by far the better of the two browsers IMO, but I also like Opera and tend to use it as my default browser.

Hello fellow Pardus users, I am new to Pardus and I must say, this is by far the best KDE Distro I have ever used. Thank you to all who played a part in creating such a magnificent OS for the general public to use.

I only have two problems:

1. I would like to see Xvidcam in the repos so I can record sections of my desktop without having to use recordmydesktop. From the looks of it, it seems Xvidcam was available in older versions of Pardus, just not 2011 yet. If someone could tell me how to install Xvidcap on Pardus or put it in the Repos I would be very grateful.

2. The other problem I have is with Alsamixer, for some reason, when I use TVTime, it resets my Line In settings to 30% every time I use it. I'll run TVtime and I always have to launch the terminal and run Alsamixer and adjust my line in volume in order to hear the sound... it never saves my settings.

Other than those two problems, the rest of the OS is absolutely perfect and you guys hold the title when it comes to other KDE Distros.

Thanks for hearing me out.
