Is there a way to remove the transparent lines I see under this window for example? I don't have this on my laptop (IBM R61i) But I have it on my desktop (HP dx2200) What is it the problem here? A fix for it?

I would like to record my voice with my external plug in mic, but I can't seem to find a program that will let me record my voice. Is there something that came with the default install of 2011? When I go to menu>multimedia>kmix click kmix, nothing opens. Is this where I would find a program for voice recording?

I'm wondering if there is a way to set up an auto login for Pardus 2011? I have searched the system settings and cannot seem to locate an auto login feature. Is it possible? If so how? Thanks..
