Although I will be sad when this user forum is frozen, I think it had to happen sooner or later. Almost all the activity has been taking place under the "Pardus Anka" section, and now that Anka has officially changed its name to PiSi Linux ... I'll wait patiently for the final, street-ready release of PiSi Linux and try it on a spare partition. If it runs well on my hardware, I will probably install it permanently. It sounds like the development team is fairly small at this point, but I trust that they are working as carefully as they can. Along with richdb, I encourage everyone who still has an interest in Pardus / Anka / PiSi Linux to register for the new forum: http://forum.pisilinuxworld.org/index.phpWhy wait, play with the alpha, make suggestions, be obnoxious, add to the software, talk alot to anyone silly enough to listen btw welcome back y'all

playing safely.. i dunno, depends who is the user. But the buildfiles are there, and i think if there is a buildserver all these buildfiles will be compiled. Till that time you can try to compile them yourself. But there is also a map on the githujb with stable. Ask on the IRC what the different is between the 2013 and stable map. But i used the broadcom from the 2013 to compile the drivers, and it works Goed nu kun je schreeuwen luider! Anglo XD

Good catch, the question now is it current enough? I now have a good ,working, stable(?) setup. Before I start messing around I'll have to setup so I can play with this stuff safely. Anglo

I cleaned the whole disk. No partitions, nothing .. Then in the install fase I created 3 partitions for /, /home and swap. And the install goes fine then Success , That was the ticket. There is implied the lack of a "logical volume manager" when I tried to mount a "LVM" partition..Now to put in a bug report for the lack of E 17 XD.

It seams that logout doesn´t work. For me any way.If I try to logout I get black screen and there is no way to login again.I have to reboot. Try using terminal , type " telinit 1" then " halt "
