I think for the releases instead of year, numbering is much better.
Can I share your message in Ozgurlukicin.org? Murat

What can I say? I am 100% agree with you.
I am working for GSM company which is global. We have management systems Solaris and Redhat.
If we concentrate on linux part which is RedHat. From the beginning I really hate the way of working rpm.
In the office also I am using Pardus on my laptop with virtual machine. Windows part is only for outlook and some programs related to internet explorer.
Pardus is the only distribution that I feel comfortable and easy to use.
Pisi is really good package manager. for rpm based you need to use yum for update rpm to install. But on pisi everything is there.
Tübitak started a good work and it should go with improvement. They should keep the base logic behind the Pardus. Otherwise as you said it will be common like other distros.
Then why I need Pardus if there exists same distributions.
