83  General / As seen on the internet / Re: SolusOS could take the package Pisi on: September 06, 2012, 20:32:39 PM
for what I have read the solusos team has a strong desire to colaborare with the anka project, so I think that just a stupid would refuse a collaboration. unity is strength.

My two little thougth:
1) leave behind all what refere to pardus and assume the new identity of anka in all of its thing
2) pls use this artwork because it's awesome!

It's perfect for grub, plymouth, wallpapers, and you can use the logo for the kickoff button too!

But please take in to account our oppinions. Anka is currently like a magic box. We do not know anything about it. There should be a relase note. What will be the kernel version? What is the release number of kde? etc.

those words have the same concept of this:

for me the most uncomfortable thing is is the lack of news about the anka project.

If i want a KDE-centric distro my choise is chakra (or opensuse).
If i want a GNOME-centric distro my choise is elementaryOS (or fedora).
If mandriva will rise again i can do some thought about it.
Mageia is my latest choice. It's team is so mind-close.
I hope anka will born soon .

I'm downloading right now the anka .iso. For me it's so much better than the debian-based one.
