Is this official?

http://www.pardusdebian.tk/

Site looks like the old site but has a weird adress.
So how official is this. Why only Turkish? Or are this just other users who like to make
a debian based Pardus? Maybe some Turkish members can tell more?

No, the list doesn't exist, but you can join to #anka-develop and talk with obsoleteman, he knows who, what, how etc.

Is this not weird? I love Pardus, I love Pardus-Anka but there need to come some list. Why? Because if there is no list, there never will be some new Pardus-Anka? Why not, because every week there is some new verion of some piece of software, and at some time you need some kind of freeze. The freeze will be the new version, and after the freeze the development goes on for the next version.

Right now Pardus-Anka goes from kernel 3.2.5 to 3.4.5 to 3.5.5 and now 3.6.? Same for KDE. First 4.8 and now 4.9. Etc, etc ..

So I think obsolteman and the Anka team need to make a choice about the versions. Then make these versions stable. Then create the new Pardus-Anka and then repeat this for every new version.

Till now it is still to foggy. Or am I the only one who finds it foggy?

Maintain packages for dead 2011.2 is wasting the time.

I also don't agree on this one. As far as I know there is still no Pardus-Anka
ISO, or do a lot of people running Pardus-Anka.
Till that time there is only Pardus 2011.2, and maintian packages for this is
not a waste of time, because this build-files also can be used for Pardus-Anka.

And yes I think everybody here on the WF like to work for Anka, but If there
is some list (what will be Pardus-Anka) or roadmap it is a lot easier to work
for Anka.

So till that time I think we need to maintain Pardus 2011.2 and we need to
develop Pardus-Anka.

Yes, is a repository.

Need to test it. But if it is ready I will write about it on WF Wink

Here are the Anka build-files.
With little edit you can use these for 2011.2 Smiley

85  Assistance / News & Announcements / Re: New repo? on: November 06, 2012, 20:39:07 PM
All good ideas. First we have to wait how SolusOS been work out.
And then we have to wait for the Pardus-Anka release.

Till that time (when pardususer.de shut down) I bring up the pardus whoosh
repo for Pardus 2011.2.

86  Assistance / News & Announcements / New repo? on: November 06, 2012, 11:23:23 AM
As the most already know is that the pardususer repo will close at the end of the year.

Is there need for a new repo? As long Anka is not ready yet?

I am already busy to build the pardususer packages. So is there need?

If things are stable they need to rebuild all the packages and upload it to the repo.
And I do not know any date or period about this.
89  Pardus Anka / Download/Repos / Re: add missing component.xml's and update index on: November 03, 2012, 22:27:44 PM
no the github has no link (yet) with the anka repo.
So no new updates soon.

We are still working hard on Pardus-Anka 2013.
But good things cost time Smiley

In the meanwhile I wrote a little blog about Pardus-Anka 2013.
It is in Dutch, but Google translate will give a little help.
