How can I create a 1-to-1 backup of my PARDUS_ROOT.
I search the forum with the string "backup" but was not able to find a answer.
It would be marvelous if the answer also include a hint how to make a bootable DVD from that backup.

Bad news and good news, I could not figure out the correct sequence for the cmdline, but I installed quickpar under Wine and it runs haply.

As you seem interested again, is the IP adres of the router not the IP address listed in this article http://www.sg-neukoelln.de/router/howto_router.php?
Or otherwise could you not find it with a trace log from your computer to another server.

Should you not see internal ip adress of your computer by writing with root privileges "ifconfig -a"?

Get the Error - Dazuko was not loaded succefully. Please check your installation.

Solved :!:    :oops: had to switch on red led to record. I assumed that the green led meant on line, red led meant off line. :roll:

Yes pcm was/is enabled. This is not a on board but a PCI Card.
The on board card is an option I can try when everything fails.
About the microphone quality I can hear myself breath.
If everything fails. I can scare myself at night. LOL.
