Okay, guys...

I at least got it to play.

Nothing happens when I click "OK." The little box just goes away and Kaffeine just sits there. But if I hit play again it will play.     Now if I press stop and play again, it tells me that the file at /media/hdd can't be found. Then I have to quit Kaffeine and restart it, go through the same thing as mentioned above, and it will play again. It's a little quirky, but at least it's playing, so I'm cool with that.

I'm using Kaffeine. Looks like it's the default. I also tried MPlayer, but no luck. I get a message that says something about my dvd being crypted and that in my country I may or may not be able to play dvds.

When I get back to my machine, I'll try to get a screenshot of the message.

I thought it was supposed to work, but when it didn't I thought maybe I misunderstood.

Hello, all!

I just installed Pardus, and I really like it. My main question is how do I play back dvd movies. Looks like the dvd codecs are installed, but the movie still won't play.

Is there a way to play encrypted dvds in Pardus?
