at last, we detected that the problem is in our service script. you should be
able to use your mouse after 3.30 -release 30.

thanks go to Bahadir, for fixing the problem.

4  Assistance / Bugs / Unable to connect bluetooth -mouse with latest bluetooth packages on: November 25, 2007, 11:16:41 AM
Can't create a connection with kinputwizard in the kdebluetooth-package to my Logitech MX1000 bluetooth-mouse. This works in Pardus 2007.2 if I don't update any packages. If I update the kdebluetooth-package (bluez-libs and bluez-utils as well) or install Pardus 2007.3 I can only see the mouse in kinputwizard, but if I click the "Setup"-button I get an error-message that says "Failed to create the input device for Logitech MX1000 mouse!". In pardus 2007.3 I tried removing kdebluetooth, bluez-utils and bluez-libs. Then I installed the packages from the 2007.2-CD instead and was able to connect to the mouse without any problem. After that I've upgraded the packages to the newest ones in the repository and it rememberd the connection to the mouse. After I restarted the computer I was back on square one. "Failed to create the input device for Logitech MX1000 mouse!"
5  Assistance / Hardware / Bluetooth mouse not working on: November 24, 2007, 16:10:06 PM
Hi!

I'm running Pardus 2007.3 and have a problem with my Logitech MX1000 bluetooth mouse. In kinputwizard I can see the mouse but if I click on the setup button i get an errormessage that says "Failed to create...." or something similar

I've tried this in 2007.2 earlier and then I could connect the mouse as long as i didn't install any updates. Have used Fedora before and I then used the "hidd" command but since that command is disabled in Pardus I don't know what to do.

Someone that knows what to do?

EDIT: I can connect to the mouse with hcitool but what to do after that I don't know Sad

EDIT 2: Now it works after I removed bluez-libs bluez-utils and kdebluetooth and installed the packages from 2007.2 instead. Now I only need to know how to make it autoconnect.

EDIT 3: Don't know anything about the autoconnect yet but i tried to update the bluetooth-packages mentioned above to the newest ones now when the bluetooth-mouse was connected and it remembers the connection so now it works with the latest packages.   Shocked
