Excellent, but I'm getting dependancy errors ( eina ) trying to install. I'll try later today.

Thanks Smiley
18  Assistance / Download/Repos / repos for 2009.2 on: June 15, 2010, 15:59:16 PM
I'm a little hesitant to add the extra 2009 repos to my 2009.2 install. Are there any 2009.2 specific extra / testing repos I can add ?

Sorry for the delay in replying to your post - thank you very much Andreas Smiley
20  General / Wish list / Re: Updated Chrome package on: February 07, 2010, 03:47:39 AM
Thanks. Chromium doesn't lock up like Chrome, but neither displays my Mafia Wars pages at all. This problem is uique to Pardus, and to that particular site. Firefox has no problem loading the pages, but I would prefer Chrome for its faster load times. Would itt be possible for you to check this out ?
21  General / Wish list / Updated Chrome package on: February 06, 2010, 18:20:27 PM
The current version of Chrome on Pardus is un-usable for me - various facebooks in particular lock it up solid.
22  Assistance / Configuring Pardus / Re: Pardus 2009 with GNOME on: January 09, 2010, 23:33:41 PM
I might try LXDE, but I'm a sucker for E17's eye candy. The fact that it looks so good and is still fast is really neat. I've also noticed that the Gnome repo has had no updates for sometime, and now it is off line. I'm just curious if we have lost the maintainer ?
23  Assistance / Configuring Pardus / Re: Pardus 2009 with GNOME on: January 09, 2010, 20:37:40 PM
I think so, but what I'd really like to see is E17 Smiley
24  Assistance / Configuring Pardus / Re: Pardus 2009 with GNOME on: January 09, 2010, 19:04:46 PM
Yes, I run Gnome with Mint. For your information it also works just fine with Pardus as well. With all due respect Henrikh, I was asking for an answers on the repo.

http://pardus-gnome.prj.be/ is down and has to be disabled for PISI to work. Is there an alternative gnome repo ?

E17 seems to be dead in the water, apparently the person in charge has army duty.

That's a good idea. Squeaky wheel gets the grease Smiley

from both http://svn.pardus.org.tr/pardus/playground/igungor/E17/base/evas/ and http://svn.pardus.org.tr/browse/playground/igungor/E17/base/evas/

I could try another, but it would be pointless without all the base packages.
29  General / The Pub / Re: help finding a wallpaper on: September 16, 2009, 17:13:28 PM
I can find lots too, but I'm asking for a specific wallpaper. The author seems to have disappeared off the radar.
30  General / Wish list / Re: E17 on: September 16, 2009, 17:07:09 PM
Too bad. I'll be more than happy to test any packages on my system if they come available .
