Just wanted to say hello from Montreal Canada.

Pardus has been a very pleasant suprise. I've tried so many distributions looking for the "right fit" including Ubuntu, Mandriva Spring, Sabayon, PCLinucOS, Vector, ect, ect.

The only distributions that have spent an extended time on my PC has so far been PCLinuxOS & Vector. Pardus also now has my attention.

I find it compares well, at least the when talking about the basics, to PCLinuxOS with a level of polish & attention to detail that most other distributions miss. The Pardus package management is excellent and only needs more repositories and up to date applications to really shine. I do understand that the Pardus community is a growing one & I for one can't wait to see where this great distribution will go.

Well time will tell but what I've seen so far seems very nice.

Like I said in my post, just a sharp increase in the number of up to date packages & some more polish & shine & Pardus will be the one to watch.

Pardus is making progress to become the ultimate distro rapidly dat by day.
When you download Pisibul you can install almost each package around already.
