Thanks for those few who tried to help. I really appreciated your effort.
After spending alot of time on this, I realized that wireless must have an irq conflict. It has been my experience that one of the main culperts is acpi. So, I disabled acpi and rebooted. Everything works now.
Hope this might help someone who is having package management issues or wireless.
It would be nice if Pardus would generate irq conflict messages as other distros do.
A tip: go into grub/grub.conf and the first line that ends with kernel add irqpoll. This will give you debugging info as you boot.
