Author Topic: Wrong keyboard during login  (Read 1449 times)
« on: July 22, 2007, 21:39:24 PM »

I did a fresh install (Pardus 7000.2) on my laptop, Fujitsu - Siemens E-series lifebook with azerty keyboard.
On the login screen my keyboard responds qwerty, but once logged in it responds azerty.

Where can I find the login keyboard setting ?

Regards,  Leen

Open up Tasma and click on peripherals.  Double click keyboard layout.  You may want to set it at Generic 104 key type (if it's not already there).  Hope that helps.

As I mentioned, once logged in, my keyboard settings are correct.
It's just during the login screen that the keyboard behaves qwerty in stead of azerty.

This also used to be a bug in the former dutch releases, the problem used to be that the dutch keyboard was choosen, which in fact wasnt the dutch layout, since we use the US international layout.
Can you enter this as a bugreport please?

For freedom...
