Hey,
Firefox will be updated through pisi (pardus package management system) whenever there are updates. So to check if there are any updates just click the little cat icon in the system tray, then click the show upgradable packages button (don't know if this is the right translation, since I'm using the dutch version of pardus, it's the third button on the top of the screen). When no updates are available, you will have to wait untill the pardus dev's add the new version to the updates repository (most of the time this happens quite fast). If there are updates just click the select all packages link in the package list part of the window and then click the upgrade packages button.
