My favourite Pardus screensaver is the one of the wildflower that looks like a member of the cabbage family. I created this one recently as I am keen on nautical stuff.  Plus, I like scuddy clouds and any cloud formation.  Today was very cold, and it felt good to me (-7 C ) Cheesy

Stylish, very nice

But do you actually mean a screensaver or merely a wallpaper?

If it is a screensaver can you post it somewhere to share it?

Thanks, Michiel.
Ups, I meant wallpaper.  I'd probably be sued by Disney/ABC as it is from one of their movies.  I saw the scene, and said to myself, "I need to make a desktop backdrop of that!".  I took a screenshot with kaffeine, then used GNU to scale the image.  The hardest part was figuring out how to change the default colour for the kicker taskbar! I like the widescreen black borders as they give an area to place shortcut icons that are easy to see.

This is my desktop currently.

The wallpaper is something I found on Deviantart under the vector wallpapers.  The desktop is Xfce with a custom gk theme.  The window Decoration of a Giloeche Compiz theme.  And the Icon theme is Gtango.

Nice ancient city scene, Amit...well, ancient for U.S.A. city standards.  I like the colours.

tuxedup, that is warm and nice colours, too!  I have never seen the xfce desktop, and really, don't know how xfce compared to say, Gnome or KDE.  I have never used Compiz.  I like the icons, and the flowers remind me of Cosmos and Teasels.

P.S. After looking again at the wildflower on the Pardus Wallpaper, and trying to scrutinise the flower, I think the plant is not a cruciferous/cabbage family plant, but a member of the orchid family.  It's going to drive me crazy not knowing what that flower is. Tongue

Thanks for sharing your desktops!

Here is my desktop (its actually my dell mini, but the desktop is the same)

Xfce, murrine window decoration, cloudlooks gtk, and custom icon theme I put together from gtango and gnome-colors.  I cannot remember the name of the wallpaper but its from deviantart under the vector section (i think).

Hello, this is my first post and I thought I would put up my desktop.  This is my first try of Pardus and I must say I like it a lot.  I have other questions but will post in the relevant areas.

Cheers

Jas
