If you use the Pardus 2007 repository your system will be upgraded to 2007.3 automatically.

Here are the repositories I am using:

http://packages.pardus.org.tr/pardus-2007/pisi-index.xml.bz2
http://packages.pardus.org.tr/contrib-2007/pisi-index.xml.bz2

No 2007.3 is a stable release, which went through alpha and beta releases already

In the Netherlands you can buy Pardus at the LinusSpecialist (www.delinuxspecialist.nl) for 5 euros  Grin

You can also try these (fast) dutch mirrors:
http://ftp.surfnet.nl/pub/os/Linux/distr/pardus/
http://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/os/Linux/distr/pardus/
