I suppose you could download the tarball for the package and unpack it in /usr/local/src (or some other comvenient place).

From the website:

There is a dependency list on the site. Nearly all of them are missing except tetex.

imagemagick is in the repo, but you're right about the others.  Sorry I can't be of more help...

Hmm,

ı searched google a lot today and found another equation editor which is called Laeqed. Good thing is it's a java application.

And the dependencies are below:
