I uninstalled the previous version of idjc and also (as root) the directory /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/idjc/ with the nl_NL_text.py and nl_NL_text.pyc file.

Then I build and installed idjc according to the following insructions.
Code:
sudo pisi bi
http://svn.pardus.org.tr/pardus/playground/mnurolcay/applications/multimedia/idjc/pspec.xml -d
Then install it.

And Internet DJ Console is up and running again with a Dutch Pardus version.  Grin
Conclusion: This one gets my approval.  Cheesy

Thanks very much atolboo, would you be so kind to post this as an answer in the bug report?

(Unfortunately all pardus.org.tr sites including bugzilla were down a few minutes ago, perhaps they are still down don't know why).

Hey all,

This is the packager Smiley

Looks like the nl_NL bug is fixed. I have no problems with my Turkish system, also with another English one.

Btw, Michiel  if it is solved for u, too. Can u close the bug n mark as fixed ? That bug was for the package request, after the package gets in repo, other bugs means other bug reports.

Otherwise, i read all replies and want to say; when u install a package from pisi, u have to delete all of the manual installation files at first. For example; we don't allow *.pyo and *.pyc files in pisi packages, don't panic for their absence, just delete them and go on with pisi Smiley

Thank you and as soon as I can login to the bugs site I will mark the bug as fixed.

However tonight I keep getting website unavailable messages when I want to visit the bugs site or the official Pardus site at www.pardus.org.tr

Nice to see that a section of the september issue of the turkish Pardus e-zine is about IDJC, the package that I once requested to be pisified.

İnternet Üzerinden Radyo Yayını Yapmak (Akın ÖMEROĞLU)
To broadcast radio over the internet (Akın ÖMEROĞLU)

Meanwhile the packager and some turkish people have noticed the great features iof IDJC as well  Wink The package is also regularly updated I noticed, so IDJC is now taken good care of in our beloved Pardusworld  Grin

Sadly IDJC appears to be missing in the 2011 repositories, it used to be, and still is, in the 2009-contrib repositiry.
Have posted a package request in Bugzilla.

This may be of help (after rigorous Googling)

https://svn.pardus.org.tr/contrib/2009/devel/multimedia/stream/idjc/

current IDJC release is version 0.8.5  --> http://sourceforge.net/projects/idjc/

Yes, it saves a lot of time.
At this moment I am with this proftpd.
So some patience is a good thing to stay in spirit.

After solving a lot of <BuildDependencies> I get stuck at:
Quote
.
checking for speex_header_free in -lspeex... yes
checking for PYGTK... configure: error: Package requirements (pygtk-2.0 >= 2.6.0) were not met:

No package 'pygtk-2.0' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables PYGTK_CFLAGS
and PYGTK_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

DEBUG: return value for "./configure --prefix=/usr --build=i686-pc-linux-gnu --mandir=/usr/share/man --infodir=/usr/share/info --datadir=/usr/share --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var --libexecdir=/usr/libexec --disable-static --enable-flac --enable-speex --enable-lame --enable-tooltips --enable-mad --enable-ffmpeg" is 1
My current list of <BuildDependencies> is:
Code:
        <BuildDependencies>
            <Dependency>python-pygtkglext</Dependency>
