   Greetings

Very pleased with Pardus ... for the moment all working ok.

First one of many future doubts :-)

I've a digital monitor with a refresh of 60 , but here i've a indication of 76 herts. Could this affect my monitor ?
Tryng to modify the 76 to 60 without any sucess.

Other ..this one a request...for the gurus...may be i try, but if someone have already done it, would be better.
I've instaled thunderbird in pardus, and in my old win instalation, i have YPOPS ( this program have a linux version ), and i   can receive    my yahoo email in thundirbird.
So this program and the install in the list to auto install would be great...

Best Regards and many thanks for Pardus

pseven,

if everything on the sceen looks alright I don't think you need to worry.

You can however change the frequency in the file  /etc/X11/xorg.conf by hand.
Try setting the VertRefresh entry in the "Monitor" section to something like

VertRefresh 60-60

Hope this helps.
