Hi all,

I created a third user with Tasma, besides the root and me.
Every time I log in into KDE as this new user, open a terminal, and type su to get root privileges, I get a message saying "Authorisation refused" !

NB : yes, numlock is activated when I type my root password.

I would like to know how to change that.
Any ideas ?

You need to give some privilages to the new user to enable su command.

Login with your old user and open User Manager in Tasma. Edit the new user and add it to wheel group.
