I have to admit that Pardus is one of the better linux distros out there. It needs more work to support the wide variety hardware that is coming out these days. I installed Pardus on my toshiba, however, I wasn't able to get sound from the speakers. I tried getting drivers from ALSA but to no avail. And so I tried PARSIX, hailing from Iran. Installation was a breeze but what I was particularly impressed by was the graphics and resolution. I won't go any further into this because I think Parsix is good enough to speak for itself. All in all, I give pardus a score of 7.8 out of 10. PARSIX on the other has 9.5 out 10. Try it...
