Hello Pardus users,
I want to switch from Vista to Linux, so I tried the Pardus 2007.3 live CDversion to see how it’s working my PackardBell MZ 45 notebook. MD5-checksum oke.
Startup from cd seems to run normal but when desktop appears everything is out of any proportion, nothings is readable or clickable on the screen be course characters are very big, while the taskbar is normally visible.
I already tried to change startup parameters (add “xorg=safe”)(found this solution somewhere in this forum in installproblems) but without any result.
I think it has something to do with the video card ATI Radion XPress 200 M series (build on main board).
Does anyone have any suggestions how to get it running?
Thanks in advance
