Hello,

I was using sabayon livecd last day and realized that it's video quality is better than pardus. (I was watching a dvd movie ) )Maybe it's just for my system but I definetely get the best quality from a linux distro. I am thinking installing sabayon these days till new version of pardus comes out.

Anyone else tried sabayon?

I used sabayon x86-64 v3.4 mini editon and it comes with smplayer as the default video player. I think sabayon handles graphic card more properly. In my case it's nvidia graphic card.

You would say that Pardus and Sabayon uses the same nVidia drivers, since they are not open sourced. As smplayer is nothing more than a frontend to the good old mplayer, it suprises me that a DVD would look better in Sabayon than in Pardus ot in any other distro for that sake.
