Hello,

when "songbird" is a pisi package, then you can uninstalling it with the following command in the console:

Quote

To uninstall songbird you have to delete all of its files, as there is no songbird pisi package yet.
Songbird is only at his first developpment stage.

Thanks Phix.
How do I install it in the first place?

Andrea: there is no pisi yet, therefore I have no clue how to install  Smiley

Download the tarball (songbird.tar.gz) on the download page, extract it in your home folder, double-click on songbird or type ./songbird in a terminal (F4), in the songbird folder.

There is no installation per se.

Thanks PhiX, that is what I thought too, but it does not work?
When I double click on the songbird executable file in the songbird folder, nothing happens? And I mean nothing...   Huh?

 Cheesy
I'm an idiot!
Thanks Andrea, that explains it!
Shame though, Songbird is really nice, I've tried it with OS X.
