I just updated my quite old version of Pardus to the newest version using pisi upgrade.

Now I'm trying to use gparted (never needed this in my old version - so don't know if it has the same problem),
but it is all in turkisch, or rather squares indicating a foreign language.
I already tried reinstalling through the paket manager, but no use.

Anyone know how to get the english version or translation?

Hello,

if you have upgrade your system from Pardus 2007.3 to 2008 so you can have that problem with gparted.

The version 2008 of Pardus is finished to 77 %. Look here

I use gparted (Pardus 2007.3) as a German-User and my language is correct. Wink

Greetings

I've posted this as a bug, but soon found out we're not talking about gparted in turkish,
but rather about a problem with font rendering of GTK applications (according to the developer).

For anyone interested in this; http://bugs.pardus.org.tr/show_bug.cgi?id=7203
