I am frustrated  :'( There isn't any ISO image yet.
But according to http://egetun.wordpress.com/2008/06/03/ve-pardus-2008-beta/
if you have pardus 2008 alpha 1,
you can upgrade to beta via pisi upgrade mechanism.

Hi;

We're happy to announce Pardus 2008 Beta 1, the first Beta for upcoming Pardus
2008.

This beta includes most of the enhancements planned for the final release and
can be dowloaded from

http://ftp://ftp.pardus.org.tr/pub/pardus/installcd/2008

We would like to remind you that this is not a final version, and should
not be installed on production machines. We did our best to fix all
bugs, however should you find one, do not hesitate to enter a report in
our bug reporting system (http://bugs.pardus.org.tr). Please note that to
eliminate potential problems, burn the CDs in DAO mode, 16x speed.

Pardus 2008 Beta 1 has a known problem : Installations in languages other then
Turkish and English terminates with an exception - so other languages are not
supported at the moment.

Some of the highlights of this beta are :

- Pardus specific tools and technologies : the new dbus based COMAR,
the-fastest-ever PiSi, our new shiny YAlI, the new Display-Manager tool and
our new and enhanced Kaptan are all here for our users...

- Seamless desktop integration : full policykit - consolekit - dbus/Comar
intagration allover the desktop, Pulseaudio, automatic printer recognition
and configuration...

- New visual design : From bootsplash to icon theme, all Pardus visuals have
been redesigned for Pardus 2008.

- Up-to-date packages and repo : Pardus repositories include up-to-date
components - gcc 4.3.1 RC, glibc 2.8, kernel 2.6.24.7, Python 2.5 in base
system, OpenOffice 2.4.1.3, Firefox 3.0 RC1 in desktop, just to name a few...

Let's remind it one more time - this is a beta grade software : though we
tried to eliminate all the bugs we are aware of, quite possibly there are
more of them. We would be happy to hear about them in our bugzilla and
pardus-users email list.

Pardus will contain KDE3 by default. KDE4 will only become part of Pardus when KDE4.1 will be released. This due to stability, BUT KDE4 will be part of the repository, so you can choose it yourself if you want to use it.

So better try it in English, it is a known problem which will be fixed in future releases!
