Hi to all,

does anybody know, how to change image of the Pardus menu button ?
I know, icon can be changed by replacing /usr/share/icons/[ICON SET]/applications/kde.png
But how can I change PARDUS - text on the left side of [P]-icon ...?

The reason for this question ist, that I'm going to create some cool Pardus menu image - wich I'll publish at www.kde-look.org. (you will find all my contents by clicking my signature Wink )

Thanks for reply.

Kindly regards,
LinuxFanatic

In order to not display the "Pardus" word on the menu, you have to add the following text in the .kde/share/config/kickerrc file :

Code:
[KMenu]
ShowText=false

Then restart kicker by running the following command in a terminal :

Code:
dcop kicker kicker restart

The colour of the Pardus text is determined by your current colour scheme (I think).  So in almost all cases the text will appear white.
