On installation Kaptan Pardus asked me which task I prefer. Is it possible to change this after intallation, where can I do this?

Left click on Pardus menu, choose "Switch to kickoff menu style" and vice versa.

I think you mean: "Right Click" (unless you are lefthanded...).

Just run kaptan again: /usr/kde/3.5/bin/kaptan

Or you can just type: "kaptan" in the commandbox
