i had a look at Edubuntu and Seminarix and the distros using Packages like kdeedu
but there are 2 more packages wich will "complete" it:

gcompris - its the kdeedu for gnome? Pardus had it already here:    http://paketler.pardus.org.tr/pardus-1.1/

and or a bash-installer for a lightweight gcompirs called Childsplay  ( http://childsplay.sourceforge.net/index.php )

Thanks a lot!

kdeedu contains only educational applications for the KDE Desktop. Gcompris is not a GNOME application - it is a separate development for GNU Linux. But there are also versions for MS Windos and Apple Mac available.
