I just tried to boot Pardus from live CD.  It got past setting up hardware and then brought up a signin screen.  It asks for a name and a password, but won't accept anything I put in. I have not tried to install or anything since it won't get past the login screen.  What do I type in to run the live CD?

Thanks Andreas.  I tried it without typing anything and it still don't get past the sign in screen.  The MD5 numbers all matched and the finished CD MD5 matched. Am I doing something wrong?  I DID hit enter at the sign in screen, is that wrong?  If so , how long should it wait before it goes past that screen?  I waited nearly 5 minutes.  Thanks

Hello,

if I see by booting the name "root" and "password" I do nothing (also the Enter key does not press).

Some seconds later KDE started and I can work with Pardus. Smiley

Greetings
