We're happy to announce Pardus 2008.1 Hyaena Hyaena, the first update release
in Pardus 2008 series.

Pardus 2008.1 Hyaena hyaena contains all the bugfixes, enchanments and new
feature additons since the release of Pardus 2008, 27th of June.

Pardus 2008.1 features one of the most well known, however nearly extinct
animals of Anatolia : Hyaena hyaena.

To download this latest release, simply wisit our web site [1] for mirrors
and
downlad information, or point your favourite browser to our ftp server. [2]

As always, existing Pardus 2008 users can update their systems by Package
Manager or PiSi to start using Pardus 2008.1 Hyaena hyaena.

When I select on http://distrowatch.com/ on the first page "Pardus_2008.1.iso"
I get Pardus_2008.1_Hyaena_hyaena.iso.

I think this is NOT the right iso file.

Hello,

this ISO is only supported for English and Turkish language.

The other one ISO supported all languages.

I contacted a developer working in Turkey on Pardus, Pardus 2008.2 will be out around December. According to him, Pardus releases a new version every 3 months.
