These programs look great but I would also need a curve fitting feature (mainly mono- and biexponential decay), which I have not found, yet, having only a short glance at the feature lists.

Scidavis looks really nice and easy indeed. I downloaded and tried to run the binary, but it failed.
Same here, also tried to run the binary but failed because it was requiring a python 2.4 library (Pardus 2008.1 comes obviously with 2.5). If I find the time, I will try to compile and pack it myself, but this might take a while since I do not have any clue of pisi packages (though I found the wiki instructions). We will see
