kdesu is not available per Terminal
a link or copy is missing.
To fix it just do as root:
cd /usr/kde/4/lib/kde4/libexec

cp /usr/kde/4/lib/kde4/libexec/kdesu /usr/bin

I added there the following reply:

I also noticed kdesu does not work in Termial, however it (only!) works within
KDE by use of Alt+F2.

Furthermore I would like to add to this that I would appreciate if in Pardus
2009 just like in previous versions there are multiple "ways to Rome", what I
mean is that I would like to be able to use kdesu by means of:

1) The terminal /konsole
2) Alt+F2 within KDE dektop (already present in 2009 BETA)

3) In the GUI / KDE environment just like before to have the option "edit as
root" upon rightclicking on a file or icon, just like it has always been
present in 2007 and 2008, in the 2009 BETA "edit as root" us strangely missing
from the right mosue click menu

Thanks for paying attention, keep up the good work,

greetings from the Netherlands, Michiel

This is the upstream's decision. It is not recommended to use kdesu directly.
Instead, use

xdg-su -c <command>
