Hi, I installed the nVidia drivers o.k. for my GeForce 7300GT,  however the refresh rate was too low 50, 51 Hz...
I have a 19 inch LCD display and I know the card is capable of better refresh rates (same drivers under ubuntu Jaunty were 60, 75 hz). How can I increase the refresh rate?

Thanks

Jorge

Hello and welcome Sonambullo,

You can manually secify vertical and horizontal refresh rates in System Configuration > Display > Devices > VGA output. Be sure of what your are doing to prevent any damage to your monitor.

Try using KRandRTray. If that doesn't work either, you can add a comment to the bug I opened for the issue because it looks like the same.

Code:
type Alt-F2 then KRandRTray.
