how to make bug reports

how am i supposed to make bug reports with pardus? That KDE crash thing keeps popping up but when i hit next to submit the bug it tells me there is not enough detail, when i follow the link to tell me what to do there is no pardus, i looked at the gentoo page but got confuzed... waht am i supposed to do to be able to submit these?

What are you doing when it pops up. Is it related to a certain program?

You are supposed to post first in the forum to make sure it is a bug, and then write a bug report on Pardus Bugzilla without using the KDE crash thing, which is useless most of the time.
