I have wait a long time for Licq to Pardus 2009. Was in the programs for 2008 version:
http://bugs.pardus.org.tr/show_bug.cgi?id=11141
I miss others programs  to,  the game Alien Arena etc...

Why it take so long time before they get in Pisi/package handler for the 2009 version?

Hello John,

you must ask the developers for it. Wink

Yes I recived this answer about Licq for more than a month ago:

"------- Comment #4 From Doruk Fisek 2009-09-09 22:28:20 ------- I'll try to work on it as soon as I can, but not at least for two weeks.
Any other developer who can do it sooner is welcome to work on the package and
merge it."

Pardus 2009 works fine now but  it take to long time to include all the programs who was on Pardus 2008.
I think it would attract more users if Pardus could match Ubuntu, Mandriva and the other Linux with programs. Atleast the most popular ones.
I hope the coming Pardus 2009.1 be better in that field. Smiley

I read that Licq was ready for Pardus 2009 now:
http://bugs.pardus.org.tr/show_bug.cgi?id=11141

But when I tryed to look for it in Pisi/program I can not find it.
When will it be there to download?

You should wait some days and I think, then the package is availabe in Contribut-Repo of Padus 2009  Wink

The package must be build an tested from the developers.
