Since most eateries are closed on New Year's Day, went out to eat yesterday at a Chinese restaurant run by a couple originally from Vietnam area. We had fun chatting with them, as it was their slow time, and we were the only ones in the restaurant. We talked about home raised chicken verses the tasteless, solution injected chicken you get in American grocery stores.
