Hello Michele,
here the answer of the developer Serdar:
------ Comment #2 From Serdar Dalgıç 2010-02-03 13:26:40 (-) [reply] -------
The screenshot is from the web page if I'm not mistaken, right?
Can you ask the user to try checkgmail in different distros if s/he has the
chance to try? I don't know whether the situation is same for other distros or
not.
checkgmail is not developed for two years and current code is patched just to
get it work.
Anyway, for improvement suggestions, it is better to contact with checkgmail
developers (if they still exist :) They do not respond to neither mailing list
nor any other ways of contact.)
Marking the bug as INVALID, 'cause we have nothing to do in that case and
improvement suggestion is not related to Pardus but checkgmail project
Greetings
Andreas
Yes, the screenshot is taken from the official webpage, but I have tried Checkgmail also on Debian, Ubuntu, Linux Mint, with Gnome and KDE, and it functions properly.
Anyway, it's a pity that Checkgmail project is not developed anymore. :'(
It's really the best checker for Gmail

because you can do a lot of actions without entering in your gmail account.
