Yes, you can install Pardus in a primary or logical partition.

A hard disk can contain a maximum of 4 primary partitions.
If you want to have more than 4 partitions you can only to this as follows.
1. Create 3 primary partitions.
2. Create an extended partition which a size of the remaining disk space.
3. Inside the extended partition you can create an almost unlimited amount of logical partitions..
Some bios will not support more than 4 primary partitions or more than 4 operating systems.
A hard disk can't contain more than 4 primary partitions. This has nothing to do with the BIOS.
