Excuse my ignorance, but when I

pisi list-components PardusUser

I get a long list of programs followed by - FIXME. There are programs that I might like to install in the list, but they are not available. When I

pisi list-available PardusUser

there is a list of just fourteen programs.
How do I make components available?

Thank you Andreas, I had been reading that thread, but had not worked out that it was as simple as just clicking on the link. I thought I needed to enter it as part of a pisi command.

And you also have to install gtkglext in Package Manager or in a Konsole with:

sudo pisi it gtkglext

in order to get a working Cairo-dock.

Hello casenemy,

i don´t want to harm your system and thus the cairo-dock is not official available in the PardusUser.de repository.
As mdiegi discovered there is a missing dependency in the cairo-dock pisi-file. After i corrected this and i have at least another test (on my testsystem or another user) i will release it official and then you will find the cairo-dock in the depot.

Outside the pakage-manager you can install every pisi-file by doubleclick. Just like a EXE on Windows!

Thank you everybody for your help. One more question please. If I later choose to remove cairo-dock, with it not showing in the package manager, would it just be a case of deleting it from the /home/.config directory, or is there a better way?

Polite and grateful requests, deserve support! 

In /home/.config are only configuration files. The program itself is mainly located in /usr/xxx/xxx

If a program is installed via pisi, you can remove the software with package-manager.
Very simple, isn´t it?!

I removed cairo-dock 2.1.3-3 because this version seems to have issues. I can´t get the plugins running.
With V. 2.1.0 everything is okay. Also the supercool effects like 3D-Icon-Rotating!     

You will find cairo-dock and plugins V2.1.0 in the PardusUser.de reposority in the next few days.
The only disadvantage of V2.1.0 is, that there are only three themes integrated and other themes have to added manually.

After a working cairo-dock  (version greater than 2.1.3) is available i will upgrade the version in the repo.
