I downloaded Paqrdus Calisan 2009.2 and made the Live cd,  on booting up it came up with an error BOOT Failed,  I then downloaded the   Pardus 2009 2 Geronticus-eremita.iso and made a boot install disk,  on booting up I got the same error message r BOOT Failed, Has  anyone had the same  BOOT Failed, problem with this release

Have you verified the checksum of your downloaded iso files?
Did you burn the cd/dvd as slow as possible?
Did you verify the content on the cds?

After writing Pardus-Calisan-2009.2-Geronticus-eremita.iso to a 1GB USB device according to this Wiki page, I have NO problem starting from the USB device

Did you burn the cd/dvd as slow as possible?
Did you verify the content on the cds?

I used K3D to burn the disk, Burn speed 8x,  With K3D I do a simulation first that was ok, on the second burn  I burned and did a verify after,  that's when it comes up with the fault 75% through verifying the data, the question remains has anyone had the same problem? I can expect one to fail but not two, with the same error

And also NO problem with the CD version.
Made by K3B (+ verification) and tested in two different CD readers.
