Hi,

I'am looking for aget, axel or prozilla.
I try compile from source code but stuck at some error.

i have stop using aria2 because after downloading 2 different iso both have wrong md5sum. No problem with axel/prozilla/aget.

Code:
ida-pardus axel-2.4 # ./configure
The strip option is enabled. This should not be a problem usually, but on some
systems it breaks stuff.

Configuration done:
  Internationalization enabled.
  Debugging disabled.
  Binary stripping enabled.
ida-pardus axel-2.4 # make

My results for axel (so far and I will test "sudo make install" on my test computer):

I don't have either of my Pardus boxes to hand to check the actual packages involved but it looks like you have one or more packages that supply header files not installed.

I think it should be considered a Pardus packaging bug in that the package that supplies /usr/include/errno.h should also supply /usr/include/linux/errno.h (to pick just one example from the errors listed) or at least require the package that does.

At this moment I have kernel-headers and kernel-soure installed.
And maybe it's a good idea to have a look in >Installing build essentials Wiki< Wink

After installing xarchiver in Package Manager, downloading aget-0.4-sb1.i386.rpm, Xarchiver shows that the rpm package only contains the file /usr/bin/aget.
Maybe a move to the right directory will do the trick Huh?

Hi atolboo,
Thanks for the idea. I'am using rpm2tgz.
aget-0.4-3.rhfc1.dries.i386.rpm work.
aget-0.4-sb1.i386.rpm give some relocation error

Then just copy aget from aget-0.4-3.rhfc1.dries.i386.rpm  to /usr/local/bin

* aget.zip (8.03 KB - downloaded 46 times.)
