First a

Sorry, tried going thru`Requests to have both Dolphin and SMPlayer in the repo but we didn`t understand one another, probably because I am a `Learner Newbie`and I could not find anywhere to type the request.
I don't think this is meant for Pardus Corporate 2 as Dolphin is part of KDE4.
And the desktop of Pardus Corporate 2  is KDE 3.5.10

By the way, excellent news that KDE Trinity 12 is in the Final Release.
Where did you find this information
And I doubt this is going to happen as KDE Trinity 12 NOTE: This project is not an official continuation of KDE3.5 by KDE e.V.

Info on Trinity came from the Pardus Corporate 2 Roadmap. Feature #333 `Switch to Trinity KDE`.

As Trinity supports both 3.5 and 4 I was hoping that both Dolphin and SMPlayer would appear in the repo as #333 I would assume use KDE 3.5.12 Trinity.

Regards,

Found in my mail box: Pardus Corporate 2 Beta 2 is ready
Quote
Hi,

The Beta 2 release of the upcoming Pardus Corporate 2 is now available at:

    (32 bit)   http://ftp.pardus.org.tr/pub/ISO/Installation/Corporate2/i686/
         http://ftp2.pardus.org.tr/pub/ISO/Installation/Corporate2/i686/

    (64 bit)    http://ftp.pardus.org.tr/pub/ISO/Installation/Corporate2/x86_64/
         http://ftp2.pardus.org.tr/pub/ISO/Installation/Corporate2/x86_64/

The installation image includes support for all officially supported languages
and exceeds the size of a CD so you have to either use a blank DVD media or a
USB flash disk in order to burn and install Pardus Corporate 2 Beta on your
system.

We strongly recommend you to verify the integrity of the installation
image with md5sum or sha1sum, to use good quality blank media, to burn
the images in DAO (Disc-At-Once) mode with a maximum of 4X burning
speed for a painless installation experience.

Pardus Corporate 2 is shipped with KDE 3.5.10 which has a good reputation for
its stability and performance. All other components of the system are updated
to offer a fast, comfortable and problem-free desktop experience.
Here are the basic components and their versions shipped within Pardus
Corporate 2 Beta release:

KDE Desktop Environment 3.5.10
Linux Kernel 2.6.32.26
OpenOffice.org Office Suite 3.2.1.6
Mozilla Firefox Web Browser 3.6.13
Xorg 1.7.7
Gimp 2.6.10
Python 2.6.5
GCC 4.3.5
Glibc 2.9

With this Beta 2 release, the office suite LibreOffice can now be installed
through the package manager.

Also in this release, the network configuration utility called *network* is
ported to the new NetworkManager backend by one of our internship students
Doruk Altan. So you will be able to configure your wired and wireless
networks through the terminal.

Keep in mind that this is a beta release and because of the fast development
process, you will get massive number of package updates as more bugs are
fixed.

We'll be pleased to hear about bug reports and enhancement requests
through our bug tracking system[0].
