Truly? Xgnokii is not installed? The menù entry in Start menù/Pardus menù Utility->Xgnokii is a fake? I have never installed it and my Pardus system is a week old.

But if i click on Xgnokii menù entry, xgnokii starts and then it closes. I suppose Xgnokii is installed.

Summary             : Userspace driver and tools for use with mobile phones
Description         : gnokii contains driver and tools to allow regular users connect their cellular phones to their computers.
I think we call this a GSM mobile phone.
Maybe it's only functional when the GSM is connected via an USB cable Huh?
More info: http://www.gnokii.org/

When I start "xgnokii" in konsole, I get:
Quote
.
connection = bluetooth
.
Telephone interface init failed: Function or connection type not supported by the phone or by the phone driver.
Quitting.

Failed to open the phone. Quitting.
As I my computer isn't equipped with a bleutooth device, I can not test this function.
