I see that Pidgin are included in Pisi in 2011 rc. I think its there in Pardus 2009.2 to?
I have not tested it but its suppose to support Google talk.

Here's what is mentioned on the pidgin site: http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/Using%20Pidgin#WhycantIdoavideocallwiththeGMailclient"Interoperation with the GMail client requires you to have the H264 GStreamer codec installed. You can find these in gst-plugins-ugly and gst-ffmpeg. For debian based systems that's gstreamer0.10-plugins-multiverse and gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg. " Would that offer a solution?
