I am currently running pardus 2009.2, and want to have 2011 also, How do I resize my partition so i can have both on my comp?

It will be possible when you run the pardus 2011 installation itself.
First resize the partitions create a new partition(s).
Then you will have to designate the new partition(s) as '/' , '/home' etc.
If you do not designate the '/home' then folder is created in '/' itself.
If you want to designate the already home partition as home in 2011 also, then do so. but don't format the partition.
