The core program is just a plugin loader - all functionality is made available via plugins. This enforces modularity and ensures well defined component interaction via interfaces.

Hey Alexy could you post the build files.

Also packages should be checked on a clean install, eg run the live disk or if you have enough space a seperate install with no extras installed.

if you mean the one that pspec.xml

vacuum-im.zip - is archive of downloaded source from SVN https://code.google.com/p/vacuum-im/source/checkout

At this moment you can build the PiSi package locally with the command:

And the installation packages are also available >HERE< for testing.

Can you tell me more information about the difference building them from vacuum-im or from this vacuum-1.0.2-source.tar.gz

Well, this program only 1 developer. Release 1.0.2 was released almost a year ago. All fresh and even better stability is now in svn.
