If I use Google translate to this:
http://translate.google.se/translate?js=n&prev=_t&hl=sv&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ozgurlukicin.com%2Fhaber%2F2011-deposu-senleniyor%2F

If read it  Pardus have released some updates on the morning at 10 february?
Is it thrue? I wonder because I want to move over from 2009.2 to 2011 when they have implemented more software/programs.

Or have I misunderstand the context?

Yes there were definitely some updates released. Still need a lot more in the repos though before it comes close to 2009.2

Hi, John A,

I use the Dutch repos and I can confirm csaenemy's report. Tonight PiSi alerted me that there were 10 updates available (15.2 MB). Here is a partial list of the updated packages:

baselayout 3.5.1
mudur 4.1.3
pisi 2.4_alpha2
package-manager 3.0.3
user-manager 3.0.2

I rebooted after the update, just to be safe, and everything seems to be fine. No problems.

This is the first update(s) I've had since I installed Pardus 2011. It's nice to see them working on this; I will try to wait patiently and just assume that they are being conservative about releasing updates.

Good atleast they have started to release package updates. I dont think we need to wait to long before all applications from 2009.2 is avaible since the process are working normal now.
My experience with older Pardus (2008 and 2009) version is that the updates coming more regulary after the first initial update packages after a new release.
So this was the signal I have been waiting for.

So I am now ready to leave Pardus 2009.2 and shift to 2011. Smiley
