Olympus Digital Voice Recorder

 I am needing to download my files from my Olympus Digital Voice Recorder VN240-PC.
It is recognized when I plug it in to my USB but it doesn't show up in my file manager.
I need a program that recognizes it.
This is what I have found so far.
I believe if I can get this installed I'll be good to go.

But I don't know how to install it to Pardus. 

According to others in the Ubuntu forum the above driver should work.

I have created build files for odvr.

But I don't know how to install it to Pardus. 

odvr package should appears today in pardususer.de repo.

I get a

Cannot find component.xml in remote directory, Source is now part of unknown component

during build.
And shouldn't there be a .desktop file which pionts to /usr/bin/odvr-gui
I get the following GUI when starting /usr/bin/odvr-gui
(I don't have an Olympus device)

I checked this package for Arch, Mandriva, PCLOS and odvr package is provided  without icon (PCLOS without odvr-gui and .desktop file).

What do you think about /usr/share/icons/oxygen/64x64/devices/media-tape.png

/usr/bin/odvr-gui is producing a GUI.
I don't know how the GUI will look like when you connect a Olympus Digital Voice Recorder.
And I can't test this as I don't have this device.

Quick response.
I am on my way out the door to work so this will be quick.
The program installed well from the package manager.

When I started the program it recognized my device which I had already plugged in to USB.
It found all the folders on my device.
It showed a list of the files on my device.
I prepared a download file location.

At first I could not make it download them.
The buttons and menus would not respond, although it looked as though the should have.

I double-clicked on a file in the list and they began to download.
It downloaded about 15 of 117 files very well but as I typed this it has stopped running.
This is possibly system overload on my machine but I don't think so.

I absolutely have to leave at this time so I am unable to report more until this evening.
I think it is going to work.
I just wanted to give you all some feedback.
I appreciate all the work on this.

Okay...I got in this evening and ran this.
Everything ran smooth as silk!
The original Olympus program gives the date the recording was made but this one doesn't have that.
I suspect that feature was not built into ODVR. I will get by without it though.

I use my recorder at work everyday and this is an important program to me.
I was in serious need of this.
I really appreciate all the help!
